Important Notes When Requesting Roadside Assistance

• If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 9-1-1.
• If phone lines are busy, consider requesting assistance online or through the AAA Mobile App.
• Service availability is not guaranteed in all areas or circumstances.
• Battery replacement may be unavailable if the wind chill is below 0°F.
• If you are unable to get assistance from AAA and receive service from another provider, see our Reimbursement Forms & Policies.

Be prepared - have the following ready before requesting service:

• Your membership number
• Vehicle information
• Vehicle location

Note: You must be present with the vehicle in order to receive assistance.
