Emergency Roadside Assistance is provided to members at no charge. The nearest contract station will send a tow truck to the eligible disabled vehicle. The AAA member must be present when the vehicle became disabled, and must show a valid membership card and picture identification to the response unit (unless being present would jeopardize your personal safety).
When you're in need of roadside assistance, call AAA at 952-927-2727 (or, if service is needed outside of Hennepin county, 1-800-AAA-HELP (1-800-222-4357)). Not a AAA member? Join online to take advantage of this service.
AAA Emergency Roadside service centers are independent contractors and not agents of AAA Minneapolis. Therefore, AAA Minneapolis does not assume responsibility for any injuries to persons or property, including damage to a member’s s vehicle, as a result of service. Damage complaints should, however, be reported to the service center proprietor and to the AAA Minneapolis Emergency Roadside Assistance Department.
