How to Get Your Free Roadside Assistance
AAA is currently offering free roadside assistance* to our heroes on the frontlines of the fight against COVID-19. First responders and healthcare workers are eligible for this free service, whether you are a AAA Member or not. This includes:
- Towing
- Tire service
- Fuel delivery
- Battery service
- Lock-out service
Please present identification (such as company ID or local travel approval document) as proof that you work for an essential service.
*Service limited to towing plus these other Roadside Assistance services: Tire Service, Fuel Delivery Service, Battery Service and Lockout & Key Service (exclusions apply). Ask your member relations coordinator for more information. Certain types of vehicles may not be eligible for services. If towing is required, our tow trucks cannot accommodate passengers so alternate transportation must be used. Standard membership guidelines apply. Not all AAA Membership benefits will be available through this program. Offer available for Active Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians, 9-1-1 Dispatchers, Military personnel, and Medical Professional essential workers only. Please be prepared to show identification as proof of employment. Services may not be available in rural areas or during severe weather conditions.
